Team Mastery Program

Team Mastery is award-winning Team Academy's coach-the-coach -program. It's a forum for practical organizational development and opportunity to build networks through the Europe. During the program you’ll co-experience the thrill of coaching and share knowledge on coaching practices.

Team Mastery is a program for all parties who wish to simultaneously develop their coaching skills and organizations. Participants both from the fields of education and business will benefit from it.

The 1,5-year long program consists of 18 contact days with contents on seven critical themes in coaching and building learning organizations.

During Team Mastery you’ll:

• Learn team coaching skills and Partus Methods
• Develop your own organization
• Develop your own coaching framework and coaching passion
• Share the passion of coaching with other coaches
